A Quick Note on Keeping Kids Healthy

If we want our kids to stay healthy, they need to be properly nourished – and no matter how much good food we put in front of them, it\’s not going to help if we\’re perpetuating messages telling them that eating makes you fat, and being fat somehow makes you a lesser person.
It starts with you. It starts with you obsessing less over your own weight, watching your language when describing other people, and making sure you talk to your kids when someone else is spreading a negative message where they can hear.
